Karl Danielson

My passion for film started with GoPro cameras while working as a fisherman in rural Alaska. Before I left to work for my 5th summer, I booked a full-time job on a Netflix movie. From then worked as a freelance Grip/Key Grip/Gaffer for the next 3 years on commercial and narrative productions before moving into producing in 2019.

In various capacities I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies like Adidas, Ancestory.com, ASUS, Bose, Bravo, BYUtv, Hallmark Channel, iFit, Jaybird, McAfee, NBC Universal, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, RC Willey, Walgreens, Walt Disney, Wells Fargo, Ziplock, and more. This experience quickly taught me how to produce at a high level, and I like to bring that same level of quality and thoroughness to every job I do.

Coordinator / Marketing Manager

I didn’t start as a “film person.” I studied public health and worked in the marketing department at the Rollin’s Center. But when the pandemic broke out, I was able to use my background as a public health major to help keep film sets safe by working as a health and safety supervisor. I had the chance to work with Disney, Universal, Orbit, Kodiak Cakes, and a lot of smaller productions. Since then, my husband and I have worked together in producing and line producing many commercials. I also manage our social media pages!

My career started in business management before making the switch a few years ago to pursue my interests in the film and entertainment industry. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with companies like Purple, Comcast, Mattel Games, and Studio C, and have developed a passion for creating excellent content.

With a dual background in business management and film production, keeping things organized, streamlined, and efficient is my bread and butter. I enjoy being behind the scenes and love to ensure things are done right, with the highest quality.
