The system

Making content is a process.

Most channels stall because nobody owns the whole chain. Ours runs from research to analytics with nothing handed off and nothing dropped. Here is exactly what that looks like, and exactly what it costs.

Ten stages

We call it The Engine.

Every stage below happens on every video. That is the difference between a channel that compounds and a channel that posts.

01 Research & development Deep-diving your brand, your category, and the audience you actually want. What is working in your space, what has been done to death, and where the opening is.
02 Ideation Building formats rooted in the humanity of your audience. Not topics, formats: repeatable ideas a viewer can recognize on sight and come back for.
03 Writing Refining concepts into production-ready documents. Scripts, outlines, run sheets, and the beats that keep someone watching past minute two.
04 Packaging Title and thumbnail crafted before the shoot, not after. Packaging is its own discipline, and it decides whether the work you paid for ever gets seen.
05 Pre-production The beautiful logistics of preparing to film. Crew, locations, talent, schedule, gear, permits, and the contingency for when one of those falls through.
06 Content capture Concentrated shoot windows at whatever scale the idea demands, from a two-person crew to multiple simultaneous sets. Months of content out of one block on your calendar.
07 Post-production Dynamic editing into upload-ready deliverables. Long-form, shorts, and vertical cuts, all pulled from the same capture.
08 Distribution Publishing on a real calendar with SEO-optimized descriptions, chapters, tags, and end screens. The unglamorous part that quietly decides reach.
09 Community management Responding in the comments and engaging as the brand. Early engagement is a ranking signal, and it is also where you learn what your audience actually wants next.
10 Analytics & refining Retention graphs, click-through, traffic sources, and audience data feeding straight back into stage one. The loop is the point.

Everything above is included in a retainer, with one exception: content capture hard costs. Crew, travel, locations, and equipment are unique to each shoot, so we quote them separately as a project fee and never spend a dollar without your written approval first.

Retainers

Two ways to run the engine.

Both start with a three-month minimum, then continue month to month. Long enough to show real results, short enough that you are never locked into a year.

Tier 01

The Wheelhouse

For teams who can already shoot, but need someone to own the strategy, the packaging, and the channel itself.

$4,000/mo 3-month minimum

  • Research, development, and channel strategy
  • Format ideation and writing
  • Titles, thumbnails, and packaging
  • Publishing, SEO, and calendar management
  • Community management
  • Monthly analytics reporting
  • Production and post handled by your team
Tier 02 · Most clients

The Engine

The full content department. We own every stage from research to analytics, and you get your calendar back.

$9,000/mo Or $24,000 paid quarterly · saves $3,000

  • Everything in The Wheelhouse
  • Full pre-production and shoot planning
  • Content capture windows, at any scale
  • Post-production: long-form, shorts, and verticals
  • Unlimited revision rounds
  • Bi-weekly calls with your stakeholders
  • A full content department for the cost of one hire

Content capture hard costs are quoted separately and always approved in writing before anything is booked.

The mix

Most of our work is ongoing.

About 60% of what we do is retainer work, because that is where organic content actually compounds. The other 40% is project work, and we take plenty of it.

60% · Retainer channels
40% · One-off projects

Project work. A single campaign, a launch video, a documentary, a batch shoot for a slate of ads. If you need one thing made well rather than a channel run, we quote it as a project. Same crew, same standard, no retainer required.

Onboarding

Your first 90 days.

No mystery period. Here is what happens, and when.

Days 1 – 7

Paperwork and welcome

Contract signed, payment set up, and a tailored welcome packet covering workflows, communication, and structure.

Days 7 – 14

Access and kick-off

An onboarding checklist for the access we need, then a strategy kick-off call to align on formats and direction.

By day 40

First capture window

Creative development wraps and we shoot your first batch of content. At the latest. Usually sooner.

By day 50

Publishing regularly

Content is live on a real cadence. From here it is bi-weekly calls with your stakeholders and an in-depth monthly analytics report.

Working together

You will always know where things stand.

Notion

A custom portal with your content calendar, every document tied to your account, and the status of everything in flight.

Slack

Day-to-day communication in shared channels. Email is for outside parties, not for you waiting three days on an answer.

Frame.io

Edit reviews with time-stamped notes on any cut. Feedback lands exactly where it belongs instead of in a paragraph of guesswork.
